On June 11-12, 2024, Mrs. Ersi Dako, Head of the Statistics and Analysis Department, and Mrs. Majlinda Demirneli, Head of the Promotion and Quality Assessment Department, participated in the INQAAHE 2024 Forum, themed “Transforming Society: Social Responsibility through Quality Assurance of Tertiary Education”, held in Bucharest, Romania.

This forum gathered 170 participants from over 70 countries, including quality assurance professionals, academics, researchers, and other stakeholders, and highlighted the immense power of tertiary institutions to bring positive societal changes through quality assurance.

Some of the main topics discussed during the two days of the forum were: bridging the gap to quality education for all; designing curricula for societal impact; fostering civic engagement and opportunities for all ages; quality assurance for digital education and micro-credentials; incorporating criteria for social inclusion in the framework of ESG, etc.
