The Director of ASCAL, Dr. Xhiliola Bixheku, participated in the first summit, "Tirana Forum 2024 for International Students," organized by the League of Gjon Durrahium Universities. This event focused on the internationalization of higher education and the need for legal changes to facilitate this process.

The League of Gjon Durrahium Universities is an association comprising around 12 private higher education institutions in Albania, which focuses on improving the quality of higher education and promoting scientific research.
