The Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ASCAL) participated in the Kick-off Meeting of the project “Strengthening of Relations between HEIs and the Industry Sector through Dual Education in Albania and Kosovo, with a Focus on ICT” (DUALKO), held on 11–12 December 2025 at the University of Elbasan “Aleksandër Xhuvani”, with the participation of all consortium partners.

Within the framework of this project, ASCAL contributes its expertise in quality assurance by supporting the management and monitoring of the implementation of activities, as well as ensuring the alignment of the project outcomes with European standards and good practices in higher education.

ASCAL’s participation in this project reflects its commitment to actively contributing to initiatives supported by the European Union, with the aim of strengthening quality, transparency, and interinstitutional cooperation in higher education.
