The 9th ENQA Member Forum was held on April 25-26, 2019 in Tallinn, Estonia. The forum was attended by ASCAL Director Mr. Elvin Gjevori and Head of Quality Promotion and Evaluation Sector, Xhiliola Bixheku.

The forum was conducted in two days. On the first day some presentations were held by the participants where they discussed the challenges of Higher Education in the future. On the 26th the participants were divided into five working groups where they discussed about improving the strategy and vision of ENQA.
