From November 14-16, the European Forum for Quality Assurance was held at the University of Twente, Netherlands, where Ms. Majlinda Demirneli, Head of the Promotion and Quality Assessment Sector, and Ms. Pranvera Dingo, Head of the Finance and Support Services Sector, participated.

The forum focused on the theme "Enhancing education, research, and social engagement through quality assurance." Discussions at the forum covered new policies, innovative methodologies, and tools that can provide a holistic approach to quality and quality assurance in higher education institutions and their connection with Quality Assurance Agencies. It also explored instruments for how quality assurance can meet the needs and challenges arising from the interaction between quality assurance agencies and the third mission of universities, among other topics. Additionally, various sessions were held on perspectives, policies, trends, research, and practical examples related to current developments in quality assurance, as well as the interconnection of all actors through quality assurance.
