On May 29-30, 2024, ASCAL participated in the Ministerial Conference of the European Higher Education Area, held for the first time in Tirana. Around 70 delegations and 280 high-level state officials and education experts attended, sharing their experiences and endorsing a joint document on approaching the fundamental values of education, internationalization, academic freedom, institutional autonomy, social dimension, and public responsibility of higher education.
