On 21 - 22 October 2019 the External Evaluation Team assisted by ASCAL representatives visited the premises of the University "Luigj Gurakuqi", Shkodra, within the framework of institutional accreditation. The External Evaluation Team consisting of the international and local expert in the field selected by ASCAL and the Accreditation Board held the meetings implementing the previously approved agenda.
